Hi All
Time is nearing to convert the pigs into cured meat. Does any one know where to buy bulk salt around the Roscommon/Leitrim area ?
regards

I think you can order a bulk bag of several kgs from your local healthfood shop? I read it on another irish website. Let me know if you have any luck?

Thanks, I never thought of the health food shop. I will give them a go.

We got a sack of salt from our local Cash n Carry
Visit our rural Irish smallholding at www.sallygardens.typepad.com where we move smoothly from one crisis to the next and teach others how to do the same!
