Sallygardens is our 13 acre smallholding in rural Ireland...

Sallygardens is our 13 acre smallholding in rural Ireland. We moved into our farmhouse 2 years ago and began with the aim of growing the majority of our own food, and living with sustainability in mind. Join our learning curve ... visit the blog site to read about our pigs, goats, bees, poultry, orchard, garden and polytunnel vegetable growing. Browse the sustainable living bookshop and have a look at our courses on pig and goat rearing.

Of course you needn't live the rural good life to live sustainably, its just as achievable in the city with some ecosensitive lifestyle choices.
Visit our rural Irish smallholding at www.sallygardens.typepad.com where we move smoothly from one crisis to the next and teach others how to do the same!
