Getting Started with Bees in Ireland

Postby sallygardens on Sun Jan 06, 2008 2:18 pm

There are Beekeeping Associations all over Ireland, you don't need to have bees to join one. They run days and courses, have invited speakers and the members are a wealth of help and information.

Go to http://www.irishbeekeeping.ie/
You will find your nearest Federation listed with contact details, they normally meet about once a month.
Visit our rural Irish smallholding at www.sallygardens.typepad.com where we move smoothly from one crisis to the next and teach others how to do the same!
