Did you get honey at Sallygardens?

I've been waiting to hear - I do hope you got a crop this year. What are your plans for your beekeeping? We've now got four hives. One was a bit scary as I lost the queen and had to introduce a new one (which I bought from Cyprus). It seems to have worked but I won't know for sure until I open it up again next week.

Hi Jean

Not a good honey year! I think I got about 15 lbs from one hive, the other 2 hives had been split so no honey there. I reckon only one strong colony will make it through this winter, so fingers crossed. How about you?
