Spent a great day yesterday at the Balmoral show in Belfast. It was lovely to see the Rare Breeds Trust had a section all to their own and of course I spent most of my time at the rare pig breeds section, it was good to meet folk that are passionate about promoting the various breeds on show.
My own Mangalitza pork is running a bit low so I have restocked with G.O.S bacon, saddleback sausages and Belted Galloway beef.
I even found some Berkshire pigs - I'm a very happy pig lady today......
